Roast chicken skin Empty Roast chicken skin

Kuchar is not a well boy today. Tummy gurgling and squeaking and he's got the squits. He didn't even want the bit of Schmacko he gets for sitting for his collar to be put on before he goes walkies.

I'm blaming the skin off the roast chicken we had last night. Now, I've given Kuch roast chicken skin before (just half a chicken's worth at a time), but have always chopped it up and mixed it thoroughly into his normal dinner (three quarters of a large Wainwright tray) so it all gets eaten.

However, my son being a male knew best ("he'll only pick it out"!) so gave Kuch all the skin plus I suspect the gucky bits of chicken (no bones) and Kuchar didn't want his normal dinner, so just had all this fatty roast chicken inside him.

Today I and he are reaping the whirlwind.

Poor boy. Hope he's better.
I also mix fatty things into their food as a treat. Axel has a sensitive stomach and being a big dog .. the fallout is not nice.

Yes, this was supposed to be a treat. But He Who Knows Best thought that big huge chunks served solo would be a better treat.

I have advised him otherwise today and can only hope he remembers it.

And Kuch is back to normal today.

I have to say that Dempsey would love to have the chicken skin - but as we don't eat chicken, it's tough, he can't! laughing laughing
